The SMART work -design model was developed by Prof Sharon Parker and colleagues to enable a focus on the positive aspects of our jobs, and supports us to redesign work in schools to provide satisfying roles while still meeting school goals.

This framework explains the fundamentals of good work design and encourages you to develop solutions for your school workplace that make work more meaningful, interesting, and motivating.
