Growing Through Change begins in Term 2, 2026.
Leadership in schools can be wonderful, confronting, care-filled, challenging, life-affirming and awfully hard. In this three-session afternoon workshop, we will discuss how our own wellbeing is a strategic resource that we can build and maintain in the face of school-based challenges.
Who is this workshop for?
- School leaders managing a lot at school, and feeling their wellbeing starting to slip
- School leaders facing a particularly challenging time (students, families, staff) and wanting to learn ways to support their wellbeing personally and professionally
- New school leaders who want to be proactive about their wellbeing.
What will we discuss?
- Mindsets and strategies to build and maintain wellbeing in stressful school contexts
- Common school leader scenarios unpacked from a personal wellbeing perspective
- Individual plan for 2027 personal and professional wellbeing routines.
How will we learn?
- Supportive small groups (max 6 participants)
- Initial pre-session leadership wellbeing survey with private reports provided
- Hands on learning, discussion and activity based
- Suggested follow-up strategies between sessions
- 2027 plan of action created in sessions
- Readings/videos available for extra support/insight.
When: Term 2, 2026. 3 x 60 minute online sessions, groups below.

Price: $95.00 for the three-session workshop (tax invoices provided for reimbursement/PL claims).
